I believe Dan Price did something wonderful for his workers. Not only has he provided stability in their lives, but he has also provided trust. Making this move has allowed his employees to feel rewarded for the work they have put into it. Although I am all for his raises, I also believe that the people who had already worked their way up to earning $70,000 deserve a raise as well. It is unfair to promote everyone to their wage when they haven't put in the time and the energy the people making $70,000 have. I think that Dan made a good decision and showed appreciation for his employees but he needs to show appreciation to the employees that have already been at that set wage.
